GMB Optimisation Terms

Terms of Service for Google My Business Optimisation Services

 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the agreement between SurveySME Pty Ltd ACN 111 768 798 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for the provision of Google My Business (GMB) Optimisation services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Scope of Services

 

We will optimise your Google My Business profile to improve visibility and performance on Google Search and Google Maps and supply automation tools to capture and enhance your online reputation and reviews.

 

Services include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Profile completion and enhancement.
  • Keyword optimisation.
  • Image and content updates.
  • Advice on customer review strategies.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:

 

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your business, including access to your GMB account.
Respond to requests for additional details, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable time frame.
Ensure compliance with Google’s policies and guidelines.

 

Maintain active management of your GMB profile post-optimisation.

 

Failure to provide the necessary information or access may result in delays or limited results for which we are not liable.

 

3. Deliverables
We will deliver optimised updates to your GMB profile within the agreed-upon timeframe.

 

Optimisation services do not guarantee specific rankings or placement in search results but aim to improve overall visibility and engagement.

 

4. Performance Guarantee
We offer a 30-day performance guarantee post-completion.
The guarantee applies only if:
You observe no measurable improvement in your GMB profile’s visibility or engagement (e.g., views, clicks, or calls).

 

You have complied fully with your responsibilities under Section 2.

Refunds are conditional upon external factors, such as:
Google algorithm changes or penalties beyond our control.
Competitor actions or other market forces.

 

5. Exclusions and Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Technical issues or suspensions due to violations of Google’s policies.
External factors affecting rankings, such as competitor activity or seasonal trends.
Results outside the scope of the GMB platform (e.g., organic website traffic).

 

6. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 45 days of service completion.
Refunds will be issued only if the performance guarantee conditions (Section 4) are met.

 

7. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide, except as required for the delivery of services or by law.

 

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.

 

If resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration in Queensland, Australia.

 

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, all fees for completed work remain payable and non-refundable

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understandings.

 

Any changes to these Terms must be agreed upon in writing.

 

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
