TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Vietnam Vacation Giveaway


1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

1.1. The Vietnam Vacation Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted bySurveySME PTY LTD (“Promoter”). 

1.2. The Promotion commences on January 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on June 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 

1.3. The draw will take place on July 1, 2025 at the office at 1 Corporate Court, Bundall, QLD, 2479 . 1.4. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Promotion is open to Australian business customers who:

  • Are 18 years or older;

  • Provide valid business details, including a valid ABN;

  • Submit a Google My Business (GMB) report and grant GMB profile access to the Promoter for optimisation analysis. 

  • 2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  • Entries for non business people or non trading ABN’s will be considered invalid.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1. Eligible entrants must complete the GMB ORDER form during the Promotion Period, providing:

  • Full business details (including a valid and active ABN);

  • A Google My Business (GMB) report submission;

  • Enable access to their GMB profile for analysis and optimisation reports. 

  • 3.2. Only one entry per business is permitted. 

  • 3.3. Incomplete, fraudulent, or late entries will be disqualified. The promotor reserves the right to disqualify entries it deems to not qualify for the promotion.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

4.1. The prize consists of a Vietnam vacation package for two, valued at $3,000 AUD, including:

  • Accommodation for 5-7 nights at a Vietnam hotel; (supplied courtesy of viaresorts.com)  Winners may select suitable accommodation to the total advertised (retail) value as advertised on the website, subject to availability for the selected stay/travel dates and selected hotel terms and conditions.

  • A $500 flight voucher

  •  4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

  • 4.3. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be booked by December 31, 2025 

  • 4.4. The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses.

5. DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION

5.1. The draw will be randomly conducted at 1 Corporate Court, Bundall QLD on July 1, 2025, using an approved draw system. 

5.2. The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. 

5.3. The winner’s name will be published on this page and social media pages within seven (7) days of the draw. 

5.4. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

6. PERMITS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

6.1. The Promotion is a trade promotion lottery and complies with the following state/territory regulations:

  • NSW: No permit required if the total prize pool is under $10,000.

  • VIC, QLD, WA, TAS: No permit required.

  • SA: Permit required if the prize exceeds $5,000 (not applicable).

  • ACT: Permit required if the prize exceeds $3,000 (if required, Promoter will obtain permit).

  • NT: Permit required if the prize exceeds $5,000 (not applicable).

  •  6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary to comply with regulatory requirements.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ details and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms. 7.2.

 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or incorrect information provided by entrants. 

7.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise. 

7.4. By entering, entrants agree to their business details being used for promotional and marketing purposes.  Data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy published on this website.

7.5. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. Entrants’ personal and business details will be collected and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

 8.2. Data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for marketing communications unless the entrant opts out.
